“Blackout” will not be out on November 13th 2007 anymore, The album will be released on October,30th 2007, and on Brazil and on the UK it will be one day before, October,29th 2007, This is strange, Since Britney has been releasing all her albums in November so far.Jive published that due to the fact that lots of songs have been leaked, Songs that will or not will be on the album, They decided to release the album before the date announced.
