Last Monday (August 24), Britney Spears performed the first out of three shows she will have at The Madison Squre Garden in New York City, NY with the Circus Tour. Right at the first song, Circus, Britney surprised the fans wearing an all black outfit and then revealing the new costumes to the first part of the show. Actually, The outfit is new just to the first act of the tour, since she wore the same golden clothes at the very beggining of the tour in the I’m A Slave 4u performances, only in the very first shows. The fan to first find where Britney Spears was hiding in New York city would win two front row seat tickets to watch The Circus Tour in New York the closest to Brit! Britney, herself together with Z100 New York radio station, announced the hunt last Friday and released many hints today for the fans to find her. Bad news for Britney’s south american fans. Adam Leber, Britney’s manager, says the tour will not be coming to South America saying they have tried. This is bad news specially to brazilian fans, whom have been constantly asking for The Circus in their country. Check his Tweet below: Always hate to pass along bad news. Added pictures from the concerts of ‘Circus Tour’ in Helsinki, Finland and in St. Petersburg, Russia on the 16th and 19th of July. Despite of the rumoured death threats, Britney Spears performed in Russia last Sunday (July 19). Probably because of the threat, she only took a flight to the country a few hours before the concert and headed back to The Grand Hotel in Stockholm, Sweden right after the show. The death threats weren’t confirmed by Britney management. The Circus is having another night in Russia this Tuesday (July 21) in Moscow. ‘The Circus Starring : Britney Spears’ will no longer visit city of Warsaw in Poland. To the dislikeness of polish fans, The promoter of the tour in Poland cancelled the concert due to a contractual dispute that was unable to be resolved. A statement on BritneySpears.com says Britney regrets she won’t be visiting Poland anymore. ‘The Circus Tour’ was scheduled to present in Poland next Friday (July 24th). To date, ‘The Circus Tour’ has 95 dates (including past dates and excluding cancelled Poland date), by far it’s the highest grossing tour of 2009 in North America. Related Posts: |
