Britney Spears is not performing at the VMAs, But what a hell will she be doing at the ceremony? Just watching?

According to Showbiz Spy, the pop princess may appear at the VMAs as a presenter and she want to do so with swimming-phenomenon 8 golden-medal won at the 2008 Olympic Game Michael Phelps.
