Remember the photoshoot Britney Spears did with Takashi Murakami? Well, it’s finally here! The pop princess is going to cover renowned British fashion publication POP Magazine, hitting the stores September 1st. There are two different covers (above) and Britney went Japanese-manga style for the shoot. Britney said on the interview it was great to have the Japanese inspired look for her shoot: “I especially liked how he (Takashi Murakami) took high-end fashion and incorporated it with Japanese manga.” The magazine also asked her about a possible collaboration with another Japanese culture lover, singer Lady GaGa, and Britney replied: “I’m a big fan of hers. Anything’s possible.” Check below the official press release from the magazine distributors regarding the upcoming issue (click to enlarge): Related Posts: |
