Daddy Jamie Spears and Britney’s “ex-manager” Sam Lufti may be heading, once again, to court. This time, for alleged assault charges.
Lufti is taking daddy Jamie back to court stating that Spears’ father assaulted him by punching him in the chest last year, Jamie fought back taking his own legal papers in which he says he should be allowed to use ‘necessary force’ to protect his daughter.
Jamie Spears does not admits having assualted Sam Lufti, but didn’t deny, claiming ‘he was provoked’. According to TMZ, the documents say the courts should acknowledge that ‘any necessary force may be used to protect from wrongful injury the person or property of oneself, or a wife, husband, child, parent or other relative or member of one’s family.’
Jamie Spears has recently asked Sam Lufti to be responsible for all attorney and court fees regarding his restraining order issue, that he’s now fighting back.
Sam isn’t allowed to get closer to Britney Spears within the next 3 years.
