Actor Ashton Kutcher, through a TV statement, started a race on Twitter. Before the announcement, his profile was #3 most popular/followed on the network and he challenged CNN in order to be the first to reach the 1 million mark. Britney Spears manager, Adam Leber, has invited the pop princess fans to take part in the race.
Before the Ashton’s announcement, Britney was second most followed Twitter after CNN, now she’s the third and Ashton second. With 981,720 followers, Kutcher’s Twitter is a few followers away from CNN that is currently with 981,985 followers, while Britney Spears, now at #3 has 949,000 followers.
By the way, I totally belive Ashton’s Twitter account is being hacked. He had 979,000 followers like 5 minutes ago and now he has 10,000 more, and also, He wouldn’t surspass Britney Spears in less than 24 hours, since he had less than 850,000 followers by yesterday’s evening…
