Super popstar Britney Spears may be heading to one of her biggest mistakes ever, or not.According to X17, the pop princess may be leaving Sony/BMG & JIVE Records, which has been with the singer since her career beggining, moving to Geffen Records.The popstar was seen visiting David Geffen multi-million mansion in Malibu, CA, last Saturday.
David hosted Britney for at least an hour, according to X17 , and then Brit hoofed it back to the Geffen-owned Malibu Beach Inn where she has stayed on occasion. It’s believed she spent Saturday night at the hotel and spent most of Sunday there.
Universal Music Group VP’s, Paul Cooper told X17 today: “I don’t know anything about it. I can bet he’s making some calls now, though! Calls to Geffen publicity have not yet been returned and we’re still waiting to hear from Larry Rudolph and from Sony BMG/Jive Records.”
Britney shot a cameo in Pussycat Dolls video last week, who are represented by David Geffen.
