A Los Angeles court commissioner has transferred a hearing on a restraining order against Britney Spears’ friend Osama “Sam” Lutfi to a Superior Court judge. Commissioner Reva Goetz said Wednesday the matter had to be transferred because Lutfi objected to a commissioner hearing the case instead of a judge. The case has been sent to the courtroom of Aviva K. Bobb, supervisory judge for probate matters. At issue is whether the restraining order will be extended. It was requested by Spears’ mother, Lynne, when the pop star was hospitalized on a psychiatric hold at UCLA Medical Center. The order directs Lutfi to stay at least 250 yards away from the pop star and her homes. Source:The Los Angeles Associated Press Related Posts:
