No changes have been made on Britney Spears VS. Kevin Federline custody battle over their children Sean Preston and Jayden James.Spears has currently no rights to see her children.The popstar had a chance a yesterday (January 23rd 2008) but commissioner hasn’t allowed any changes.

Britney’s lawyers are fighting for more visitation between Britney and the kids: “Her lawyers and family have devised a “creative way” of treating Brit, and they wanted the Commish to let her visit the kids while she undergoes treatment. The Commish has repeatedly ordered her to get a medical evaluation, but she has refused to comply.”

Britney will use this time away from her babies to get treatment and better herself for her own safe and for the kids’ safe.
