Kevin Federline Court Case.Sources tells that popstar Britney Spears has been strongly urged to attend today’s hearing, Britney’s lawyers know if Britney doesn’t show, this case will be more likely to end positive to Kevin than ever and the popstar won’t have any custody rights until April. The commissioner expects Spears to address a number of issues surrounding the craziness at her home a week ago Thursday and in particular the commissionar, Scott Gordon wants the popstar to explain why she violated the custody order not turning the kids over Federline’s security at 7 p.m. Gordon also wants to know more information about Britney’s behavior that caused her to be placed on a 5150 hold at the Cedars-Sinais Hospital.
