After People.com published that popstar Britney Spears had no plans to testify at L.A. Superior CourtHouse today on her custody fight with former husband Kevin Federline, x17 is saying that the popstar appearance is scheduled to be at 1 p.m. (PST – Los Angeles Time – 4 p.m. ET/PT New York). Britney Spears haven’t left her Beverly Hills hometown yet, If the popstar doesn’t show today she won’t have any custody rights until April.Britney’s custody rights are suspended since her breakdown earlier this month. The first witness of today’s hearing is a cop that was on Britney’s house on January 4th and witnessed the star breakdown. Right now (12:30 p.m. EST – 3:30 p.m. ET/PT), the lawyers are on a break for lunch. Let’s Hope and Pray for Britney to Appear at for the court today at 1 p.m. (EST – L.A.) Related Posts: |
