TMZ is reporting that celebrity superstar Britney Spears may not have any custody rights until april,Britney’s former husband lawyer will ask a commissioner to delay a next month court hearing to april, In this hearing Britney will ask to restore some of her custody rights such as driving with the kids and more night visitations. According to the site Britney Spears lawyer will show up in a hearing tomorrow and oppose Kevin’s lawyer Mark Vicent Kaplan move.If Kaplan succeeds, it will probably be April before she has a shot at regaining some custody rights. Federline’s lawyer may ask the Commish sanction against Britney, who claimed to be sick last Wednesday, so didn’t give deposition, but wasn’t sick to be seen around on the same night.
